Dive into the bliss of connecting and playing as we learn awesome poses that you can do with your best friend/partner or random person you just met. We teach you how to stretch together, sweat together, connect and laugh together.

A journey to turn inward, manifest our dreams, or work on whatever comes up in this sound meditation. Together we tune in, meditate and simply lie there to immerse into the soothing sounds of the gongs, koshis, singing bowls, crystal bowls and other healing instruments.
Please come dressed comfy warm and bring a small pillow to be extra cosy.
